Watermelon Pizza

Vegan, refined sugar-free, nut-free, gluten-free, oil-free

1 medium-sized watermelon

1½ cups (370 g) plant-based yoghurt

½ cups fresh raspberries and blueberries each as toppings

¼ cups pumpkin Seeds

¼ cups pomegranate Seeds

Toasted coconut flakes as desired

Fresh mint leaves as desired

(Optional) maple syrup


Cut the freshly washed watermelon into 2 cm thick rounds.

Each round has to be then coated with generous amounts of yoghurt.

Add all the Seeds, Fruits and other toppings from the ingredient list.

Cut each round into slices and Voilà, you have your very own Watermelon Pizza, Ready to serve!
